Attorney Roy Nimzovitch brings nearly 20 years of extensive experience in commercial law, with deep expertise in managing and advising on complex real-estate and urban-renewal projects. As both an attorney and notary, he offers clients a unique combination of legal proficiency and strategic business insight.

Throughout his career, he has guided some of the most complex and significant real-estate transactions in the Israeli market, including major acquisitions and sales of hotels, office towers, commercial centers, and more. Since 2009, he has specialized in urban renewal and currently represents thousands of rights holders in projects nationwide.
